Trisha Speed Shaskan has written over forty books for children, including the picture book Punk Skunks and the latest graphic novel in the series Q & Ray: Case #3: Foul Play at Elm Tree Park about a rat and hedgehog who solve mysteries, which are both illustrated by her husband Stephen Shaskan. For the past twenty years, Trisha has taught a variety of creative writing classes to students at every level from kindergarten to graduate-school. Trisha has also been a literacy coach and run a tutoring program. Trisha enjoys visiting schools with Stephen to discuss what she loves best: writing picture books and graphic novels.
